TATTOOS:

Unfortunately, I don't do custom designs for tattoos.
If you would like permission to tattoo any of my existing artworks, please get in touch!


SHIPPING:

Due to COVID19, delivery times may be longer than usual.
The time for processing the order after confirmation of payment may be longer during festive periods and major holidays.


Shipments are made by the Correios and delivery times vary depending on the processing time for each order and the shipping method chosen. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct details at checkout, so if you've entered incorrect details such as email, name or shipping address, please contact me immediately so I can change them before the order is shipped.

PRINTS: Prints are made to order periodically. If you ordered prints, please allow 2-4 weeks for your order to be processed before it is shipped.
STOCK: Items in stock will have a shorter processing time. For items in this category, please allow 3-5 business days for processing before shipping.
TRACKING CODE: You'll receive a tracking code within 24 hours of shipment and it can be checked at rastreamento.correios.com.br/app/index.php


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
DUTY FEES AND IMPORT TAXES:


Duty fees and import taxes may apply to any international shipments depending on the destination country and it not covered in the costs of international shipping.
Buyers are responsible for any applicable duty fees and import taxes. More information about taxes can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.
If the package is returned to me by the post office, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.

Please note, once your order is shipped, I am not responsible for delays in delivery by the post office, as well as I'm not responsible for lost or stolen package in international transit. Please contact your local post office or customs office for information if you believe your package was stolen or is lost.


EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS:

I do not accept cancellations and returns. If you received items that were damaged in transit, please contact me within 7 days of receiving the package with photos attached showing the damage and a replacement will be shipped out to you.
